Closed on Public Holidays.

An on-site manager is available to check-in guests arriving outside front desk hours. If you expect to arrive outside of reception opening hours or are delayed upon arrival, please inform our front desk in advance by emailing: bookings@parkaveresidence.co.nz or calling +64 (9) 276 66 77

For early check-out, guests can leave keys in the drop off box to check out before 10:00am.

Vehicle parking

Public parking is available at a nearby location. Reservations are not needed but charges may apply.

Payment Policy

No payment is required at the time of booking (see exception below), a valid credit card is required to confirm the reservation.

For non-refundable (prepaid) bookings, the total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking.

If you have prearranged a multi-week booking directly with us, we will contact you for separate payment terms and conditions.

Park Ave Residence reserves the right to pre-authorise your credit card prior to arrival.

Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with a credit card.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival (2pm), no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later than 3 days, 100 percent of the first night will be charged. (e.g. the latest to cancel a reservation checking in on 8 April 2015 is 23:59 on 5 April 2015. A cancellation made from 00:00 on 6 April would incur a cancellation charge).

In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

For non-refundable (prepaid) bookings, a reservation cannot be amended or modified. If cancelled or modified, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

If you have prearranged a multi-week booking directly with us, the reservation cannot be amended or modified once the lump sum payment is received. If cancelled or modified, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Checking in and stay

At the time of check in, accommodation must be paid in full before or on arrival.  A $200 credit card pre-authorisation or cash deposit is required upon check in for incidental purposes.  Please also note valid photo identification will need to be presented on arrival.

Guests are personally liable for any charges incurred by themselves or any associates during their stay.

All guests shall be liable for any loss or damage to appliances/furniture/fixtures/in-room inventory of items and all fittings in the apartment.

Park Ave Residence shall not be responsible for, or liable to compensate for loss, theft or damage of personal property (including vehicles) on, or brought into the room or within the building.

Where guests sign for or on behalf of a business or company and in the event that the business or company is unable to or refuses to pay any amount due, that the guest(s) shall be liable to pay on demand and amount owing by the business or company.

Any deposits returned will only be returned if cancellation is made in writing and received by Park Ave Residence at least 72 hours prior to 2pm on arrival date.

Should you purchase accommodation on a special rate, the guest hereby understand our standard terms and conditions do not apply to the standard cancellation and refund policy.  Signature authorises any unpaid charges to be charged to the credit card provided by guests.

All our rooms are NON-SMOKING.  If this is breached, there is a charge of cleaning/fumigate $150 to remove the tobacco smell from the room
