Front desk hours
Our front desk hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 8:00pm, Saturday 9:00am – 1:00pm. Closed on Sunday and Public Holidays.
Check-in time is 2:00pm. An on-site manager is available to check-in guests arriving outside front desk hours. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours or are delayed upon arrival, please inform our front desk in advance by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org or calling +64 (9) 276 66 77 and we will advise you of our late check-in instructions.
Check-out time is 10:00am. Guests can leave keys in the drop box to check out before 10:00am.
Early check-in or late check-out
While we do our best to meet your check in and check out requests, we cannot guarantee that this will always be achievable.
Cancellation, modification and no shows
If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later than 3 days, 100 percent of the first night will be charged. (e.g. the latest to cancel a reservation checking in on 8 April 2015 is 23:59 on 5 April 2015. A cancellation made from 00:00 on 6 April would incur a cancellation charge).
In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
For non-refundable (prepaid) bookings, a reservation cannot be amended or modified. If cancelled or modified, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If you have prearranged a multi-week booking directly with us, the reservation cannot be amended or modified once the lump sum payment is received. If cancelled or modified, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If advertised, prepay reservations referring to bookings once made cannot be modified or cancelled. If cancelled or modified after confirmation, 100% of the reservation will be charged. Guests’ credit cards will be charged at the same day of booking.
Damage of property
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the Park Ave Residence property caused by them, their friends or any other person associated with them.
Access is via swipe card which will be provided on check in. After hours (after 6:00pm on the weekday & all day on the weekend and public holiday) access to the building is via swipe card – simply swipe your card through the reader located near the entrance door on the ground floor. Room access is via the same swipe card. If you require additional cards please contact reception. If your swipe card is misplaced or lost, a fee $50.00 will be charged for replacement.
Every guest can access the Park Ave Residence secure WIFI. Guests can have multiple devices connected using the same login credentials. 1 GB WIFI is free to all residents.
Public parking is available at a nearby location Reservations are not needed but charges may apply.
Our rooms are strictly non-smoking rooms. Please exit the building if you wish to smoke. A cleaning charge ($250) will apply to guests who smoke inside their room.
Noise and party regulations
There is a maximum of seven people allowed in any of the guest rooms at any one time. Having a party or creating a disturbance in any of our guest rooms may result in the eviction from the premises and forfeiture of the stay.
Lost and found policy
Park Ave Residence accepts no responsibility for any personal belongings lost, damaged, or stolen. Should any guest lose personal belongings, except for perishables, whist staying at Park Ave Residence, if recovered, the item will be kept for 90 days. We will make a reasonable effort to contact the guest who lost the item if possible. Please note that found items will be shipped back at the owner’s expense.
